Treat it as a tool. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

The mistake is anthropomorphizing it. Once you stop doing that, the gaps become obvious. Domain knowledge is what lets you see when the model is wrong. The Dunning-Kruger effect is in full force. If you don’t have a base to pull from, you will produce crap.
